Shipping & Returns

Payment must be received within 10 days of placing an order. If payment is not received within this time frame the item will not be shipped. We accept direct credit, cheques and credit cards for payment. Cheques must clear before the item is shipped, so please allow up to 8 days for confirmation that your cheque has cleared. 

All New Zealand orders are shipped via courier with delivery confirmation. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.. 

Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within 3 days of the delivery confirmation date. A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped. For us to accept a return it must be in resalable condition i.e:
• the original tags and labels are still attached
• the item is in its original packaging (if any)
• the item is unused, unworn and in the same condition as when it was originally sold.

If the item is faulty, not of acceptable quality or does not perform the function for which it is designed, Auckland Martial Arts will meet or exceed its obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

If Auckland Martial Arts accepts that the goods are faulty, in accordance with the Act: if the fault is minor, Auckland Martial Arts will at its option, either:
• repair
• replace with identical goods or
• provide a refund.

if the fault is major, the customer can choose:
• a refund
• a replacement with goods of a similar value and type or
• keep the goods and receive a partial refund.
